Certification Subsidies and Rewards
Subsidized Certifications:

Subsidies are available for certifications recognized by the department. Please refer to the “Department of Electronic Engineering Recognized Professional Technical Certifications” (link) and the “High-Value Certifications List” (link).

How to Apply for Certification Scholarships:

Within one month after obtaining a certification, students must prepare the following documents and submit them to the department office:

Application form for student professional technical certification reward (including a photocopy of the applicant's post office bankbook)

Scholarship receipt (please leave the amount blank; fill in after confirming with the department office)

Original certification (to be returned after verification) and a digital copy

For international certifications such as CCNA:

Students who pass may receive a full reimbursement of the registration fee and a scholarship

Students who do not pass may apply for a 50% reimbursement of the registration fee (limited to one attempt)

In addition to the above application materials, a receipt or invoice for the registration fee is required

For MOS Master-Level international certification:

Students who pass may receive a registration fee subsidy of NT$500 to NT$1,000 (depending on the annual department budget)
