Submission Requirements

  • Deadline: Before 17:00 on Thursday, May 1, 2025.
  • Digital Submission: Upload your Project Report and Project Presentation slides to: [Link]
  • Hard Copy Submission: Submit one bound, hard copy of the Project Report. (Please ensure the supervisor/advisor and all team members sign the Authorization Form page within the report).
  • Important: Late submissions will not be accepted. Teams that fail to submit required materials, whose reports are not approved by their supervisor, or whose Authorization Forms are unsigned will receive a failing grade for the semester's Project Competition and Showcase.
  • Note: 
    • Project Report Template:[word] or [odt],The cover title must be exactly: 一一三學年度專題製作期末報告書, Reports with incorrect cover titles will be returned for correction and resubmission.
    • There is no required format for the presentation slides.
    • Files can be updated via the upload link after the initial submission.
    • Instructions for submitting the absolute final versions of your report and presentation files will be sent via email after the competition concludes.

Guidelines

  • Evaluation Panel: Teams will be evaluated by all participating faculty members except for their own project supervisor.
  • Evaluation Method: 
    • Each team must demonstrate their final product/prototype, deliver an oral presentation using slides, and display their hard copy Project Report and Work Logbook for review during their session.
    • (The bound Project Report submitted earlier will be returned to teams on the event day. After the competition, please return this report along with the Work Logbook to the Department Office.)
    • If a team receives a failing score from two (2) judges, they must undergo re-evaluation before graduation. If a team receives a failing score from five (5) judges, they will receive a failing grade for the semester's Project Competition and Showcase.
    • All team members are required to attend the evaluation session. Students who are absent without approved special circumstances will receive a failing grade for the semester's Project Competition and Showcase. (The definition of "special circumstances" is determined according to Departmental Meeting resolutions.)
    • Time Allotment: Each team has 10 minutes total (7 minutes for presentation + 3 minutes for Q&A). Please follow the presentation order listed below.
