Competition Applications and Awards Application:

  • Students intending to participate in Competition Applications and Awardss must, at least two weeks before the event, have their supervising or accompanying faculty member submit the “Competition Applications and Awards Participation Application Form” (download), attach relevant competition information, and prepare a budget for anticipated travel, insurance, and registration expenses, then submit it to the Department Affairs Meeting for review.

Competition Applications and Awards Reimbursement:

  • After the competition, please submit the pre‑approved travel, insurance, and registration expenses to the Department Office for reimbursement. Receipts and invoices must be made out to “Ming Chih University of Technology,” Tax ID: 35701534.
  • Travel expenses should primarily be by public transportation; accommodation and taxi fares are generally not covered. For special circumstances, please contact the Department Office.

Competition Applications and Awards Awards Application:

  • After winning an award in an Competition Applications and Awards, students must submit their awards application within two months of the certificate issuance; late applications will not be accepted.
  • The awards application requires completion of the “Competition Applications and Awards Awards Registration Form.”
